At SEE2018, you’re introduced to the latest developments in service excellence. We’re looking into the future: where are we headed? The departmental boundaries between IT, HR and Facilities are blurring and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), internet of things (IoT) and robotization are changing the way people and organizations work.
