During his study Technical Computer Sciences at the TU Delft, Arvind Ganga got involved with Artificial Intelligence. At TOPdesk he worked on many software modules as a programmer. Currently he is also investigating how customers can achieve even better services with the help of AI.
Artificial Intelligence is a big hype currently. But there is substance behind the hype. In this presentation, Arvind explains AI in non-technical terms and identifies how AI enables service departments to work proactively, allows operators to work more efficiently, and lets end users get help sooner – and even help themselves.
