Michiel has been with TOPdesk for 15 years and has fulfilled multiple roles. His current challenge? Making TOPdesk successful in the health care sector as Product Owner Health Care. According to Michiel, excellent services come from getting to the essence of the customer’s question and provide understandable solutions. His slogan: “Solutions for problems are usually easy, but this is often hard to accept.” Michiel expects that service in the future will be more and more standardized, driven by technological advances and globalization.
