Miriam Peters-van Kalsbeek
Miriam has been working as TOPdesk consultant for 10 years. As service expert, she focusses on supporting a variety of health care organizations. Recently, she started working more at hospitals where she helps IT departments and medical technicians to optimize their processes. Especially the differences between reactive and proactive processes make her work diverse and challenging.

This is why we organise a presentation about the possibilities in TOPdesk and we share our experiences with implementing maintenance processes.
